BP oil spill in the Gult.

I am watching DSC and they are showing the BP oil spill timeline. And after seeing that I realize, those who manage this types of disasters,, ,the people which was lost with this BP spill. they fought the fire with Aggression,  but to no avail. the ship sunk, and this is called Worse case  Scenario, Then  once the ship sank, the oil was starting to show, up,, they first tried to filter the oil, then next option was to set it aflame,, it was now 2 months later to start this,  this is the Largest Oil spill in History, and is awful.  Residence of Venice Louisiana, live on waters, shipping, and charter boat rides.  Lots of Fishing was not allowed during this ordeal.  Impacting lost of fishing in that area of Louisiana. Shrimping always happens at night. People make around 2 to 3 thousand a night. It’s a happy moment for them when they see the shrimp arrive.  And that makes for a good life.  No longer an option coming soon for those folks living on the No fishing Zone. Thousands of people are helping700 boats, helping with Nature animals, etc.  Houma is where the Command Post is located. dozens of Fiields of Proffression, all on a constant move. The path is hard to deal with as the path changed constantly.  It is a Multibillion  level expence. Cleanup includs Land, Sea and Air.  HazMat cargo got in the action on the Spill, using a C-130 plane to search for the directions of the oil spill.  They are using some sort of droppings of Dispersement over the slick. Said this was safist, but Costal Louisiana people are not buying it. People that usually use their boats for fishing. Now they are bringing in Oil efffected birds,, they bring them to the dock to deliver to helping team. I grew up in a town called Opelousas Louisiana. It is not that far from the coast, but don't think they will have to deal with any of this, other than the ones who's normal job is fishing from the coast.. I do feel very sorry for the People on the coast of Louisiana, and other costal cities who have trouble, My heart goes out to every one, God Bless all of you!  Currently time is getting limited for Shrimping on the Gulf. at 4 dollars a pound, it can add up fast.  And they are alreaddy impacted by the oil issue. I can only imagine its going to take some time to get this under control. Already 3 months, oil is spreading, Boats in Venice Louisiana are mostly parked. Some boaters are being hired by BP, to help with the spill, boats have to be completely stripped of all Fishing hardware, in order to get the boat approved. 5 thousands boats in the system is being said right now. Some people are currently training their son's in order to take over the fishing histroy like their dads and their dads. And in many cases many more in the history of families..  And loosing that amount of oil, can't mean good gas prices for us, ,Thats the hard thing.  Gas is so expensive, I am happy that when I was a young boy, gas was not what cost me the most, it was eating,, now its Much worse,, I grew up riding a Honda XR-75 which I bought from one of my friends, David, he raced this bike on weekends with his Brother Kirk. I was happy to have a Modified bike,, I met two people who had XR-80's and I could beat both of them, they did not stay near me, they did not like that. They even asked to trade one of their bikes on mine, I flat out said, "You must be crazy". I enjoyed my bike the entire time I rode it, My brother used to bring it to the end of our gravel road to the highway, where I got dropped off from school. and it was sometimes painted, different.. It was so cool. He did a Really good job on the paint job.  Well, I got carried away, on the oil spill, which is still being fought at this time. God Bless who all read my post,

Getting ready to head to Lousiaian, will be leaving on Wednesday
Mood:  happy
Now Playing: My fav movie of all time,

Well, in only a couple of days, we will be hading to Lousiaina. Once again, We were there at the beginning of this month also. On Friday after we are in Louisiana, I am going to be attending a gathering with my graduation class of 1982, Opelousas High School! GO TIGERS!

I can hardly wait to see my family, My brother Darren and Angela. Its goign to be nice seeing them again. I will bring some grass home for my land that I own in LA.

Here is my Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 23:

A psalm of David.
 1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.

 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
       he leads me beside quiet waters,

 3 he restores my soul.
       He guides me in paths of righteousness
       for his name's sake.

 4 Even though I walk
       through the valley of the shadow of death,

       I will fear no evil,
       for you are with me;
       your rod and your staff,
       they comfort me.

 5 You prepare a table before me
       in the presence of my enemies.
       You anoint my head with oil;
       my cup overflows.

 6 Surely goodness and love will follow me
       all the days of my life,
       and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
       forever.
